After defeating Green Arrow in the first matchup, Hawkeye now turns to face the deadly Black Canary who has come to aid her husband. Seeing this Hawkeye calls in Mockingbird to reinforce the Marvel team. The match of the deadly couples is now underway.

Background: Orphaned at a young early age, Hawkeye was raised in a circus where he learnt archery. He later fell out and joined Black Widow who seduced him to help her take down Iron Man. Mockingbird a S.H.I.E.L.D. agent was assigned to investigate CTE where she clashed with Hawkeye. The two joined forces and set out against CTE and its underlings. They fell in love and after the successful conclusion to the CTE case, they got married too. They joined the Avengers vowing to rid the world of all evil.

Background: Oliver Queen is a wealthy, playboy, philanthropist much like Batman and Iron-Man. He became the archer when he was left stranded on an island after his ship sank and had nothing to defend himself except a bow. He practiced his archery on animals and later took out a gang of smugglers in the island which made him believe that he could put his skills to better use by saving the world from bad villains. Though Black Canary couldn't stand Green Arrow, she eventually became romantically involved with her Justice League colleague despite their age difference.

She graduated at the top of her class in S.H.I.E.L.D. and knows judo, karate and other martial arts.
Green Arrow too packs a punch with a wider variety of arrows - Boxing Glove, Laritat, Atomic Warhead etc. He is also quite skilled in melee combat as he is proficient in Judo, Karate and Kickboxing. Black Canary complements Green Arrow's ranged marksmanship with her up-close melee fighting. She is hailed to be the best martial fighter in DC with Oracle suggesting that she can outfight even Batman. She also possesses uncanny reflexes thanks to her training with DC supremo Wildcat which has enabled her to many a times catch arrows in flight.
While both teams look extremely strong, Hawkeye and Mockingbird's melee proficiency looks far more than their opponents and hence they manage to win this round.

Their lady counterparts are the shrewd ones, while Mockingbird generally flies solo in her missions, she has led some S.H.E.I.L.D. groups during world invasions. Black Canary on the other hand is considered a strong thinker and strategic leader. Though these skills are in no way at par with Batman or the Martian, she was voted as the chairwoman of the JLA and was said to have done a splendid job.

While fishnet stockings are only good for trapping men it is still better than her hubby Green Arrow's green cape which can be used more for stealth ( if by a huge miracle they fight in a forest) rather than anything else. Dinah however is an expert motorcycle rider and there have been often stints in the comics where she is shown to maneuver an extremely fast bike while Green Arrow shoots from the pillion. Black Canary's iconic bike was a gift from Superman which she has always cherished.
Hawkeye and Mockingbird clinch this round.

To cope with an injury, Mockingbird was given a mixture of the Super Soldier Serum and the Infinity Formula which arrests Nick Fury's ageing. While the antidote has kicked in and repaired her injury, there doesn't seem to be any new change to Mockingbird. Only time will tell.
Unlike her mother, Black Canary can totally control her Canary Cry. This high pitch sonic scream can be quite deadly and is known to shatter objects and incapacitate people. She can also release an ultrasonic frequency scream which is above the audible spectrum and makes any person hearing it unconscious. She can convert these screams into waves to read people's mind.
While Mockingbird's experiment was a failure till now, Black Canary's Canary Cry has won many matches for the Justice League. The edge goes to Green Arrow and Black Canary.
